Sur la route nous nous arr\u00eatons dans un petit restaurant local o\u00f9 nous d\u00e9gustons et assistons \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des Dampling (momos), des beignets tib\u00e9tains fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la viande. On commence d&#8217;ailleurs \u00e0 remarquer qu&#8217;il y a r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des petites filles typ\u00e9es plus indiennes que les locaux. Cela veut dire qu&#8217;elles n&#8217;ont pas les yeux tir\u00e9s ni la peau blanche. Il se trouve que ces enfants sont des enfants bengals vendus par leurs familles pour travailler dans les retaurants et hotels des etats voisins&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/matthieu-aubry\/521802470\/\" class=\"tt-flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm1.static.flickr.com\/222\/521802470_93ba213cba.jpg\" alt=\"Home and buddhist flags\" border=\"0\" height=\"500\" width=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Photo du petit village de yuksom dans l&#8217;himalaya<\/p>\n<p>Sur la route nous avons egalement surpris une jeep au fond d&#8217;un ravin, et de toutes evidences l&#8217;accident etait tres recent puisque certaines personnes etaient encore au bord de la route&#8230; Arrives a Yuksom, Anna et moi commencons a nous chauffer avec le petit trek local, la montee de la montagne en haut de laquelle se trouve un charmant monastere.
